The diamonds set in your jewellery are mounted with utmost care and skill. However, should you lose a stone from its original setting within one year from the date of purchase, due to any imperfection in its mounting, we will repair or replace it at no additional charge. The item should not have been carelessly worn nor repaired by anyone other than Fame Diamonds. Simply bring in your jewellery with the original bill of sale to make a claim.

Lifetime Diamond Trade-Up Guarantee

Your solitaire diamond jewelry purchase is backed by our Lifetime Trade-Up Guarantee.

At any time in the future, you may trade in your original solitaire diamond jewelry toward a larger or higher-value solitaire diamond jewelry piece. We will credit the original purchase price of your eligible item toward your new purchase, and you simply pay the difference.

Trade-Up Requirements:

• The new purchase must be at least twice the value of the original purchase.
• The trade-up credit is based on the original purchase price.
• This policy applies to solitaire diamond jewelry only.
• Lab-grown diamond jewelry is not eligible for this Lifetime Trade-Up Guarantee.

Our Lifetime Warranty, available for purchase with your jewellery, offers peace of mind protection for as long as you own your product of purchase. Includes services such as ring sizing, clasp replacement, soldering broken chains, resetting or re tipping of claws, replacement of lost or chipped stones from original setting and polishing.
