1. Product Availability & Pricing

  • Items listed on our website are subject to availability. If a product is on backorder, please contact us via phone or email for an estimated restock date.

  • Occasionally, due to high order volume or system errors, product availability or pricing may display incorrectly. We reserve the right to correct such errors and do not honor incorrect pricing.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2. Special Orders

  • If you do not find the perfect diamond in our online inventory, our diamond and jewelry consultants are available to assist you. Please contact us at 604-922-2009.

3. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options for online orders:

Bank Transfer:

  • Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days to process. Ensure your bank includes any applicable transmission fees.

Credit/Debit Card:

  • Payments are processed via PayPal’s secure payment gateway. Billing and shipping addresses must match the credit card statement.

  • Arctic Fame Diamonds may request additional verification (e.g., ID copy, billing statement) to ensure payment security.

  • Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation.

4. Shipping & Insurance

Every order is fully insured from our store to your doorstep, ensuring that your shipment is completely risk-free during transit.

If you’d like your order shipped to an address different from your billing address, we can accommodate this. For security purposes, the alternate shipping address must be registered with your credit card company. This helps protect you against unauthorized or fraudulent charges.

 

5. Diamond Grading Reports

All loose diamonds and “Build Your Own” diamond jewelry come with an official grading report from a recognized and respected diamond laboratory.

Please note: returns must include the original diamond grading report. If the report is missing, a CAD $200 replacement fee will apply. These reports are comprehensive assessments prepared by certified diamond experts, detailing the quality and characteristics of your diamond.

 

6. Sales & Discounted Items

  • Prices displayed on the website are final.

  • From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts to provide the best value.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • In-stock online purchases are refundable within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Special or custom orders are  not refundable.

8. Website Details

  • We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate.

  • Product images may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size, and colors may vary due to monitor differences.

 9. Order Cancellations

  • Arctic Fame Diamonds reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

    • Product unavailability

    • Incomplete or inaccurate information

    • Timeline or shipping delays

  • Test or sample products on the site are not for sale.

10. Legal Notices

Arctic Fame Diamonds shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By submitting any materials to Arctic Fame Diamonds—including, but not limited to, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, plans, notes, drawings, or other original or creative content—you acknowledge and agree that such materials are non-confidential and will become the exclusive property of Arctic Fame Diamonds.

Arctic Fame Diamonds will retain all rights, including intellectual property rights, and may use, reproduce, modify, or distribute these materials for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without obligation to provide credit or compensation. You also grant Arctic Fame Diamonds and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use your name in connection with your submission, if they choose.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. You own or control all rights to the content you submit, or otherwise have permission to submit it;
  2. The content is accurate and not misleading; and
  3. Your submission does not violate the rights of, or cause harm to, any person or entity.
