Online Purchase Refund Policy

Online purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

FedEx Return Service

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of shipment from our facility.

  • We will email a fully insured, prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

  • Each customer is entitled to 2 complimentary returns or exchanges per year Canada-wide.

Original Packaging & Documentation

  • For refunds or exchanges, please include all original packaging, diamond grading reports, or appraisals.

  • Diamond reports and appraisals are not required for repairs or resizes.

  • If a diamond report is missing upon return, the purchaser will be liable for a CAD $200 replacement cost.

Return Shipment Insurance

  • Arctic Fame Diamonds is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

  • Returns using our complimentary shipping label include insurance protection.

International & USA Returns

  • For returns under $500 CAD (pre-tax) for USA or international orders, the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping fee and must provide a tracking number.

  • Please contact us for further instructions.

Processing of Returns

  • Returns are processed on weekdays.

  • At first stage, items are assessed by our Quality Assurance department to verify authenticity and condition.

  • Once approved, processing and crediting your account typically takes 5–15 business days.

  • You will be notified by email or phone regarding the status of your return.

  • During peak seasons or after significant holidays, processing times may take longer.

Non-Refundable Items & Important Information

Loose Diamonds:

  • Loose diamonds purchased online may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our team for assistance.

Custom Orders:

  • Special custom-designed pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.

Ring Sizing:

  • Certain designs—including diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a fixed number of stones per finger size, mil-grain or intricate bands, some silver rings, and rings made from alternative metals such as Tungsten—cannot be resized.

  • Please confirm your ring size at the time of purchase.

  • Our customer service team is available to help determine the perfect fit.
