Our online purchases are refundable for a period of 14 days. Kindly send the item back with same original packing in 14 days of purchase for eligible refund.

2 complimentary returns/exchanges are allowed for each customer per year Canada-wide
- Original Packing Material : If your return is for refund or exchange, please include any diamond grading reports or appraisal(s). Diamond grading reports and appraisals are not required for repairs and resizes. If your item was delivered with a diamond report and that report is not returned, you will be liable for the CAD $ 200 replacement cost.
- Return Shipment Insurance : We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. If using our complimentary return service, the shipping label emailed to you includes insurance protection.
Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 14 days.
Note: For returning under $500 value pretax orders for USA & International, the purchaser is responsible for the return fee and to send the item back to Arctic Fame Diamonds providing the tracking number. Please contact us for more details.
PROCESSING OF RETURNS
Returns are processed on weekdays and at first stage the merchandise is checked and assessed by our Quality Assurance department to confirm the originality and verification. Once approved by them, it takes around 5 to 15 days to process the return and credit your account. You will be notified by email or phone call about the status or approvals if needed in process.
Please note that after a significant holiday, heavier return volumes can double the normal return processing times.
We will notify you once return is processed - credit is generated or outbound shipment is sent.

Special custom order designs are final sale and are not eligible for return. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size; mil-grain or ornate bands; some silver rings; or rings with alternative metals such as Tungsten cannot be resized, so please take care to order the correct ring size at time of purchase. For assistance determining the proper ring size, please contact customer service at the time of placing orders.
